Michele Shepard, PhD

Michele is a technology development and product commercialization leader with extensive experience in the

tech industry. Her years of experience and key strengths include: Getting technology based products out the door; Creating and leading high performance teams; Focusing on results-on time and on-budget; Design for manufacturability, process development; Program management; Partner and outsource management; Global business and technology teams; Business analysis of materials development and manufacturing options; Technical problem solving; and Quality, Design of Experiments, statistical analyses.

Michele has a PhD in chemistry from University of California, San Diego and has completed programs in executive training for scientists and engineers.

Craig Litherland, MSE

Craig is a seasoned medical device technologist with experience in all facets of device development with a focus

on R&D. He has experience expands along many fields  including spine orthopedics, diabetes, drug delivery, gastrointestinal surgery, urology, tissue expansion, ophthalmology, neurovascular surgery, and automotive.  Craig is an inventor on many U.S. and international patents.

Craig has a BS, Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan, and MS, Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Pegah Abdollah, MBA

She has worked as a marketing executive in diverse industries including tech, health, and education.

Her expertise ranges from web and mobile advertising to marketing strategy including product pricing, promotion, placement. Her biggest passion is to help and be of service whenever she can and live a life of self-enlightenment.  She loves to go on hikes and explore new trails, and you’ll find her roaming around the office with a good book in hand and a hot cocoa in the other when on a break.  She holds an MBA and J.D.

Karol Fijalkowski, PhD

Karol, a member of Presque Poland, is a researcher and inventor. He is experienced in basic research, developing scientific equipment, and leading scientific and R&D projects.

In the past Karol was engaged in development of innovative telemedical prenatal device and novel electrochemical scientific equipment. He is also engaged in technology transfer at the University of Warsaw. He is an inventor of several Polish and international patents, and is engaged in their commercialization. Karol has a PhD in chemistry from the University of Warsaw, Poland. He accomplished an international program on technology transfer at Stanford Centre of Professional Development. Recently, he accomplished a two-year research fellowship at the University of Cambridge.

Martyna Rzepecka

Martyna, a member of Presque Poland, is an experienced specialist in technology transfer and product design. She supports Presque in organizational and promotional activities.

Martyna supports our team in organizational and promotional activities in Europe. Her experience includes the Wroclaw Research Center EIT+ and has worked in the intersection of science and art for innovative projects. A graduate of Economics and management of research projects. She has received scholarships from Deutsche Stiftung Denkmalschutz. Martyna is a member of the elite “Poland’s Top 500 Innovators” at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
